Return / Refund Policy:
Our Return Policy is to ensure that any merchandise you receive is undamaged and in good condition. If you have any questions about our Return or Privacy Policy, email the author at Koltn@TheFiddleofFire.com.
Damaged Books:
If you receive a damaged book, please return it within 30 days for either a full refund or an exchange. We will pay your extra shipping costs. We will return it to you with either your new book or a refund of the exact amount. Books returned later than the 30 day limit will only receive partial refund.
Change Your Mind?
If you change your mind about ordering a copy of a book, you have exactly one week (seven days) to return it UNOPENED for a full refund. (Why you would change your mind is beyond me…)
